Meanwhile in rhyme land, the cheese who is not the pope is surrounded by soap and expresses his dislike of dope.

The bullet hole ridden Pacman donned a neon pope-hat and deemed himself ruler of soap-world. His main duty in this position was to educate the soapy youths about the dangers of taking awesome drugs the wrong way.

It is the way of any yellow circle with a wedge piece missing to become pacman. It's like, a law of the land.
